With Aion 3.0 players will be able to add interesting features to their houses like dancing NPC, glowing furniture or writing some words. There are 13 basic pre-made scripts and players can also create theirs own script.
 

To create or edit your house script, player needs to talk to house butler and house script menu will appear. Players can save up to 8 house’s scripts made by themselves or they can simple copy someone’s else script.

New screenshots on the official Aion forums unveil interesting information about Aion 3.0 Housing feature:

General Information:

1. Housing is available for characters level 21+
2. A “basic” house is acquired through questing, but you can upgrade through other means later.
3. Housing features include mailbox, furniture, interior decor (picture frames, mirrors, plants, etc), wardrobes (OMG), community interaction stuff, and a .. toilet o_o Yeah.
4. There will be plots of land for auction in certain areas (limited).
5. There are housing maintenance costs.
6. There will be new crafting skills to make furniture.

The new 12-man raid, Instance Filikul, as Turbine has announced, will take teamwork and strategy with eleven of your friends to defeat the corrupt creature within known as Nornuan. This giant Turtle has 688k morale and no adds at all.
