In-game items only for Aion accounts that have no race conflicts

Fight on the Right Side is a new Aion “event” which will last during the free character move period from July 15, 2010 to August 25, 2010.

During the free character move period (from July 15, 2010 to August 25, 2010), your characters can score some extra loot by making sure they’re fighting on the right side. Now that the servers have been merged, please make sure that you have characters of only one race—either Elyos or Asmodian—on each of the servers. If you do, you are golden. If not, sign up quickly for free character moves to transfer some of your characters so that you have only one race on a server.

We’ll be giving out in-game items during the free move period to accounts that have no race conflicts. The quicker you have only one race on each server you play on, the more free loot you get!

Fight on the Right Side Incentive Disbursement

  1. July 29, 2010: Five (5) Suspicious Yellow Sacks, This sack holds enchantment stones. It contains a random number of various stones, and you can check its content by double-clicking it.
  2. August 12, 2010: Three (3) Major Ancient Crowns. Part of the Abyss Relics System: Relics can be found in various Treasure Boxes and Crates in the Abyss. Crates, unlike Treasure Boxes, will require a key to be opened. See the Ancient Crown Administration Officer to exchange a crown for Abyss Points (AP)
  3. August 26, 2010: Five (5) Golden Medals

After August 26, we will be restricting accounts that still have race conflicts. You will then have to choose a primary race for each server you play on. Once you’ve selected a primary race, characters of the opposing race on that server will be unplayable until transferred to a server without a race conflict.

So what do you have to lose? Take advantage of the free character transfer period and get some cool goodies in the process by fighting on the right side!

Aion Free Character Transfer

Aion service for the free character transfer has been open and you will be able to transfer your character up to six times before the 25th of August, when the free character transfer period ends. Character transfers will occur during the weekly maintenance periods.

Before you start any character transfer process be sure that your character meets certain criteria:

  1. The character you wish to transfer must be level 2 or higher.
  2. After you transfer a character, you cannot transfer the same character again until 1 full day has elapsed.
  3. You cannot transfer a character to a server that already houses a character of the opposing race.
  4. You cannot transfer a character that is a member of a Legion. You must leave the Legion before you initiate the transfer process.
  5. Items in your account warehouse will not be transferred. You will need to move them into your character inventory or warehouse before initiating the transfer process.
  6. You must remove all items from the Auction House broker before you will be able to initiate a character transfer.
  7. You cannot transfer a character that has more than 214,100 Abyss points.
  8. You cannot transfer a character that has more than 200,000,000 Kinah.
  9. There are specific flux-morphing recipes that cannot be transferred.

Today, NCsoft, the world’s premier publisher and developer of Massively Multiplayer Online games (MMOs), unveiled the official release date for Aion: Assault on Balaurea, the next exciting chapter in Aion that entrenches players into a rich storyline in which their actions will determine the fate of the world.
